Big bag unloading system consist of standardised system. It used for various kind of solid material which store in the Big Bag i.e. Jumbo Bag. It is customized with dust free solution, automated process etc. It is also provided bag pushing system, which can help to empty 100% material form BBU.
Vids Big Bag System can be used in various application of conveying system as per customer requirements. It can be used in pressure conveying system, vacuum conveying system and dense phase conveying system.

How It Works: Working Principle
Big bag connects to hoist frame and moved towards the unloading station. Then Big bag placed on support table. Big bag discharge part connected to discharge pipe by manually or pneumatically. Discharge pipe consist of dust suction filter. To remove the 100% material to bag pushing system. It can be operated pneumatically.
